(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners were invited to participate in the 26th Clairemont Family Day on August 1, 2015. Family Day is organized by South Clairemont Park & Recreation Council. City and Township council members took part in the festivities, which featured more than 100 booths, a car show and more.

The practitioners set up a booth, demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises and raised awareness of the persecution the practice faces in China. They passed out materials and collected signatures in support of the US House of Representative resolution H. Res 343, condemning live organ harvesting atrocities in China.

One lady said after learning the exercises, “I have wonderful feeling beyond words. My whole body is relaxed after the first four sets of exercises.”

The practitioners also participated in Summer Camp organized by San Diego and San Diego United School District on July 31. They then visited more than ten schools to introduce Falun Gong to teachers and students.

A summer camp organizer of the United School District said Falun Gong is beneficial to the community. He invited Falun Gong practitioners to introduce the practice in his school district.
